19 year old Victoria Louise, known as Pixie Lott born 12th January 1991 is best known for her singing, and its no suprise that her first two singles went straight to number one in the UK. She got the nickname "Pixie" when she was a baby because she was tiny and she reminded her parents of a fairy. Pixie was first signed to Island Def Jam Music Group when she was 15 but after a change of managers meant her now being signed to Mercury Records in the UK and to Interscope Records in the U.S.

Chart-topper Max George, lead singer with boyband The Wanted, has his eyes set on blonde starlet Pixie Lott.
Max, 21, said: "I'm a single man and I'm enjoying it. I live with the rest of the band so the place is like a bachelor pad - bras and knickers everywhere!
"Cheryl Cole might be a bit hard to get hold of, but I fancy my chances with Pixie Lott. She's incredibly fit." Bless...
Pixie Lott was impressed when she met Cheryl Cole earlier this year, and thinks the Geordie singer is "beautiful".
Pixie briefly stood in for Dannii Minogue during her pregnancy this summer for the live auditions and joined the judging panel alongside Cheryl, Louis Walsh and Simon Cowell.
Revealing what she thinks of the Fight For This Love chart-topper, 19-year-old Lott said: "I was there the day before she collapsed. She was so lovely.
"She’s beautiful, and up close she’s just so pretty," added the Mama Do hit maker. "It was so nice spending time with them and getting to know them a bit."
Pixie Lott has spoken about her experience on the X Factor judging panel and thanked Simon Cowell for standing up to her.
Scenes set to air on Saturday evening show Lott refusing to put an act that Louis Walsh liked through, leading the Irish judge to question her opinion.
Simon Cowell takes exception to Walsh though and says: "Louis, she has got her own opinion."
Bearing in mind the last thing Louis Walsh liked was Jedward then this is probably a good thing.
Speaking of her experience on The X Factor Pixie told The Sun: "I'm used to being auditioned rather than auditioning people, so I had a lot of sympathy," she said. "I think it's important you say what you think, otherwise there's no point being on the panel."
Before adding: "You've got to add a little something. It was good fun and I'd love to do it again."
Pixie Lott has released her debut single in the US.
The singer announced her first single in the States as 'Boys And Girls', which was released to iTunes today.
Speculation about Lott's first US single has been rife after she announced plans to release a reworked version of her debut album Turn It Up.
She posted on her official Twitter account: "US Fans! Pixie's debut US single 'BOYS AND GIRLS' will be released digitally in the US tomorrow! Get ready for Pixiemania! RT!"
Lott has posted a string of messages on the micro-blogging site today to promote the track.
'Boys And Girls' was released in the UK in 2009, when it peaked at number one.
Two tracks confirmed for the reworked LP are the Jason Derulo duet 'Coming Home' and ballad 'Broken Arrow', which Lott said will receive its official premiere today on Radio 1.
